We collect only what we need to prepare and hand off your order.

• Contact and delivery details. Your name, email address, phone number, and the pickup or delivery address you enter at checkout.
• Order information. The meals you order, order totals, your pickup or delivery window, and any preparation or access instructions you give us.
• Account information. If you create an account, your email address and a securely hashed password. We never store your password in readable form.
• Text message consent records. If you opt in to text updates, we store the fact that you consented, the phone number you consented for, the time you consented, and where you consented (checkout or account settings).

We do not collect or store your payment card number. Card details are entered directly with our payment processor and never reach our servers.

• To take payment for, prepare, and hand off your order.
• To send you transactional updates about your order, including confirmations, the announced pickup location and time window, reminders, and status changes.
• To respond when you contact us for support.
• To keep records we are required to keep, and to detect and prevent fraud or abuse.

Text updates are optional. You are never required to accept them to place an order, and the checkbox at checkout is never pre-selected. If you opt in, we send transactional order messages only. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

We do not share or sell mobile information, text message opt-in data, or consent records to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are disclosed only to the messaging provider that delivers the message on our behalf, solely so the message can be sent.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also change the setting at any time in your account settings. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We share only what is necessary with service providers who help us run the business, and only so they can perform that work for us.

• Stripe processes payments and receives the billing details needed to complete your transaction.
• Resend delivers our transactional email.
• Telnyx delivers our transactional text messages.
• Our hosting and storage providers, who store order data so the site can operate.

We may also disclose information where we are legally required to, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

We use only the cookies needed to make the site work, such as keeping your cart and keeping you signed in. We do not run advertising pixels, cross-site trackers, or third-party analytics on this site, so there is nothing to opt out of.

We keep order records for as long as we need them to run the business and to meet tax and accounting obligations. Consent and opt-out records are kept for as long as we operate the text message program, because we need them to prove consent and to honor your opt-out.

We protect your information with encryption in transit, hashed passwords, scoped access links for order pages, and access controls on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can update your contact details and your text message preference in your account settings, and you can unsubscribe from email or text updates at any time. Depending on where you live, including Texas residents under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, request that we correct or delete it, and appeal a decision we make about such a request.

To make a request, email hello@lettuceprephtx.com. We will verify your request against the information we already hold and respond within the time the law allows. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as our business changes. We will revise the date at the top when we do, and material changes will be made clear on this page.
